How does the Radford student discount work?+
Show a current Radford University student ID when you book or hand the device to our driver, and the standard $20 round-trip pickup and delivery charge is waived. We diagnose the machine, quote the exact repair cost, and only start once you approve it.
Do you pick up from Radford?+
Yes — free with your Radford student ID. We cover the round trip between Radford and our Christiansburg shop: residence halls, apartments off Tyler Avenue or East Main, or Fairlawn. We collect the device and bring it back when the repair is done.
How far is the shop from Radford University?+
About 20 minutes up 460 or I-81. We're at 782 New River Rd STE 750 inside the Uptown Christiansburg mall, beside Henebry's Jewelers and across from Bath & Body Works.
How long will my repair take?+
