Yes — this is one of our most-requested consults. We'll show you how advanced AI agents like Gemini, Claude, and Copilot work, how to choose the right one for each task, and how to build simple automations and workflows that save real time.
Do you help seniors and first-time computer users?+
Absolutely. We meet you where you are, use plain language, and go at your pace. No question is too basic — smartphone basics, email, photos, video calls with family, staying safe from scams.
Can you come to my house instead of me coming to the shop?+
Yes. We offer on-site consults inside our 35-mile mobile service area. Bookings require at least 24 hours' notice so we can plan the trip.
Do you offer group or family sessions?+
Yes — family and small-group sessions are a great way to learn together. We'll quote the session upfront based on what you want to cover.
What if my consult turns into a repair?+
That's fine. We'll quote the repair before we touch anything, and you decide how to proceed.
Is there a card convenience fee?+
No — pay by cash or card in-shop with no surcharge either way.
