Program description

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Aura Tech (a computer, phone, and on-site IT repair shop in Christiansburg, VA) related to your appointment or repair. Message content may include:

Appointment confirmations and reminders
Repair status updates (intake, in-progress, ready for pickup, delivered)
Estimate approvals and questions about your device
Payment links and receipt confirmations
Occasional service follow-ups and review requests

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. You should expect roughly 2–8 messages per repair or appointment, and typically no more than 4 messages per month outside of an active service.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Aura Tech does not charge for SMS, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging rates apply. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.

Getting help

Reply HELP to any message to receive help information, or contact us directly at 540-494-4011 or support@auratechit.com.

Opting out

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message from us. You will receive one final confirmation message and then no further SMS from Aura Tech. To re-enroll, reply START or opt in again through our booking form.

Supported carriers

Compatible with major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket, and most MVNOs. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy
