Aura Tech SMS Terms & Conditions

Program description

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive customer-care text messages from Aura Tech (a computer and on-site IT repair shop in Christiansburg, VA) related to your appointment or repair. Message content may include:

Appointment confirmations and reminders
Repair status updates (intake, in-progress, ready for pickup, delivered)
Estimate approvals and questions about your device
Payment links and receipt confirmations
Service follow-ups related to your completed appointment or repair

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. You should expect roughly 2–8 messages per repair or appointment. Aura Tech does not use this program for recurring promotions or third-party marketing.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Aura Tech does not charge for SMS, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging rates apply. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.

Reply HELP to any message to receive help information, or contact us directly at 540-494-4011 or support@auratechit.com.

Opting out

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message from us. You will receive one final confirmation message and then no further SMS from Aura Tech. To re-enroll, reply START or opt in again through our booking form.

Supported carriers

Compatible with major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket, and most MVNOs. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How you opt in

You opt in by entering your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on our booking form at auratechit.com/book, or by giving verbal consent in-store or over the phone when we open your repair ticket. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of any purchase.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Aura Tech sends messages only about your own appointment, repair, or account. We do not send third-party marketing, affiliate offers, or lead-generation messages of any kind.
