Yes — 90 days on parts and labor for most repairs. Batteries and screens carry a manufacturer warranty on top of that.
Can I ship my laptop to you from outside the New River Valley?▾
Absolutely. Call or email us first and we'll walk you through safe packaging and prepaid return options.
What if the repair isn't worth it?▾
We'll tell you plainly. If a repair costs more than the laptop is worth, we'll help you plan a replacement and migrate your data instead.
