Aura Tech ("we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

  • Contact information you provide when booking or requesting service: name, email address, phone number, service address (for mobile visits).
  • Device information you provide about the equipment we're servicing: make, model, description of the issue.
  • Payment information processed by Stripe. We receive a masked card summary and receipt data — never the full card number or CVV.
  • Communication history: SMS and email we exchange with you related to your appointment or repair.

How we use it

  • Book, run, and follow up on your appointment or repair.
  • Send transactional email and SMS updates (see below).
  • Process payments and issue receipts.
  • Improve our service and comply with law.

SMS and phone numbers

We do not sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose mobile phone numbers or SMS consent to any third party or affiliate for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is used solely to deliver the SMS program described in our SMS Terms, and is shared only with our SMS delivery provider (Twilio) strictly to transmit those messages on our behalf.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies. You should expect roughly 2–8 messages per repair or appointment, and typically no more than 4 messages per month outside of an active service.

Message and data rates may apply. Aura Tech does not charge for SMS, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging rates apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time.

Service providers

We use vetted service providers to run the business, including Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS delivery), Resend (email delivery), and Google (calendar sync). These providers process the information we send them only to deliver the requested service.

Retention

We keep customer, appointment, and repair records for as long as needed to run the business and meet legal or accounting requirements. You can request deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing support@auratechit.com.

Your choices

  • Opt out of SMS by replying STOP.
  • Unsubscribe from marketing email through the link in the email.
  • Request a copy or deletion of your information by contacting us.
